Jack Dugan
Jack has been a rep for approximately 35 years, representing plastic companies, stamping, aviation parts and maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO) firms, and numerous other industrial companies including consulting to a printed circuit board (PCB) company.
Jack lived in Atlanta for 25 years and then Asheville, NC for almost 20 years. He's now back near Aiken SC, which where he grew up before attending the Univ. of South Carolina.

Tim Peara
Tim has been in marketing for 30+ years, with deep experience representing industrial companies — including GE, Pratt & Whitney and Koch. His earlier 14 years on Wall Street as an investment strategist at Prudential and Lehman Brothers gave him a strong foundation in the financial side of business.
Beyond Windward Group, Tim also serves as President of Bridge Therapeutics. He earned a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Univ. of Chicago's Booth School of Business.
